Q: How much is the deposit required to book my dates?
A: Usually a deposit is required but it will depend on the selected apartment. Please contact us for an estimate.
Q: What time is check in? What time is check out?
A: Check in is any time AFTER 3 PM. Do not arrive early at your vacation rental; we need this time to prepare your vacation home for your stay. Check out is at 11 AM sharp. Again, we need this time to prepare the vacation rental for the next guest.
Q: Are your vacation rentals handicap accessible?
A: That depends: on the unit and your needs. Please inquire.
Q: How far is the beach?
A: All of our rental units are located in Isla Verde beach front and you can walk to the beach.
Q: Do I need to rent a car to visit the area?
A: Depends: You do not need a car if you’re planning on just going to the beach and exploring the nearby shops and restaurants. Also, Taxis and Uber are inexpensive as the distances in Isla Verde are short. You will need a car if you’re planning in doing some serious exploring out of Isla Verde, such as day trips to Old San Juan or other cities.
